The Chair is principally concerned with understanding the needs of Towers and Members, setting the overall objectives of the Branch and ensuring that actions are taken to ensure these are achieved. Key areas of activity are the efficient conduct of quarterly business/social meetings at Towers, regular Officers' meetings to plan/monitor Branch activities and the maintenance of an effective Committee team.
Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for the overall co-ordination of the Branch’s Administration in accordance with the Guild and Branch Rules. The principal tasks include a communications link between the Guild and Members, the maintenance of the Branch Diary, the arrangements for Business and Officers Meetings and the preparation/distribution of the minutes arising from these meetings. Also, preparation of reports to the Guild on Branch activities for publication in Odd Bob/ODG Annual Report and, in conjunction with other members in the team, the maintenance of the Branch Database and Website. The Secretary is an ex officio member of the ODG General Committee, and one of the Governing Trustees of the OD Bell Fund.

The Treasurer handles all Branch financial matters, and is responsible for the Branch General account, the Training & Development account and the Bell Fund account. Audited annual accounts are produced for the AGM.
Ringing Master

The Ringing Master is responsible for all Branch ringing activities. They provide leadership in recruitment and training, seeking to assist towers when required with training and also maintenance and serviceability of the bells.
Assistant Ringing Master

The Assistant Ringing Master acts as support to the Ringing Master in the conduct of all Branch ringing activities and the development of a training programme to reflect the needs of all skill levels.
Guild Representative

The Guild Representative provides interaction between the Branch and the Guild, taking Branch matters to the Guild meetings, and reporting back from Guild meetings to the Branch at meetings or via In Touch. The Representative is a member of the ODG General Committee, and the Governing Trustees of the OD Bell Fund. Meetings are held in various Branches of the Guild.

Communications Officer

The Newsletter Editor produces quarterly editions of the branch newsletter: In Touch. Contributions are received from officers, towers and individuals. The Editor is responsible for circulation of the newsletter by the branch website, email and printed copy.
Archivist

The Archivist is responsible for ongoing research into the history of the branch and its ringers, and making this information available via the branch archive website. Material is sourced from libraries, newspaper archives, online, etc.
Database Administrator

The Database Administrator maintains details of all towers and members within the Branch
Webmaster

The Webmaster updates the Branch website with tower details, news items and information about forthcoming events and also maintains the Branch mailing lists.
